11050 Oak St is sold!

Selling a home for longtime friends/neighbors is always bittersweet! I’m happy to see them be able to move forward but sad for them to leave the neighborhood.

It’s not often you have houses for sale side by side. It’s even more rare for them to close a week apart…but the most unique thing about these homes for me is that the last time they both sold was in the same year AND we personally looked at each of them to potentially buy for our first home. Crazy full circle moment for me as an agent 🤍

I passed my licensing exams 5 years ago today. It’s wild to think that shortly after this the market went crazy. I was just diving in to something I had dreamed of for a long time.

So very many things have happened in the last 5 years but I’m proud to still be selling houses 🤍

💐 My lovely first time buyers closed on this house back in September. I am so glad they stuck with me through the process. It took us some time to find the right place (7 months to be exact!) but we made it! 💐

I cant wait to see the memories they make in this home and all the ways they make it their own.
