❓What advice would you give to someone starting a business in today’s climate?
✅ Keep your head up and keep moving. Don’t slow down. People with drive make a difference in this world and most entrepreneurs are always moving forward. There may be a few hiccups along that way, but nothing is too big to handle. Always be open to change. It is better to have tried and failed than to not have tried at all.
❓How do you balance between scaling your business and maintaining quality?
✅ I take pride in my work, and I choose quality over quantity any day. I must make sure to take care of my customers that have taken care of me since day one. I can’t let them slip away just because I am growing. I will get bigger accounts, and I will do my best work for them also, but I can’t forget about the ones that kept me going.
❓How do you maintain work-life balance as an entrepreneur?
✅ I just take it day by day. Being a new service company requires you to be on call 24/7. So, when I am not working, I am not sitting around waiting for a call, I spend time with my kids and my wife. I go on dates with my wife, and I take my kids to have fun. If I get a call, then I schedule around my life.
