A dad from Richmond left a note taped to the foosball table.
"We came for the beach. We stayed inside fighting over the ping pong championship." — Mark, Richmond, VA ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The coffee station isn't in the kitchen. It's in the primary suite, on purpose.
First cup happens on the balcony before the rest of the condo wakes up, ocean air already coming through the door.

It's sweatshirt weather on the balcony. The hot tub says otherwise.
Indoor still runs hot through fall, steps from the sand, with nobody fighting you for a spot in October.
DM us TUB and we'll send you the amenity list.

If your family's done the beach house every summer, this year looks different.
Three elevators mean grandma doesn't take the stairs with the cooler.
The fitness center opens before anyone else is up, and the indoor pool doesn't care if it rains.
Everyone gets their own version of the same trip.
Tag the family that needs an easier reunion.

It's 10am on turnover day and I'm counting boogie boards.
Plus the beach chairs that always end up sandy under the stairwell.
Guests almost never bring their own gear. When they arrive, everything's already there.

The oceanfront pool closes for the season soon.
Water's still in the mid-70s and the crowds thinned out after Labor Day — this is the window locals wait all year for.
