Hey Wright On friends…we did a thing!

We bought another Outer Banks cottage!

It’s a classic 1969 bungalow just three doors down from our other cottage (111 Pinehurst Avenue-new cottage & 105 Pinehurst Avenue-Wright On), and we can’t wait to get it ready for you!

The cottage has been beautifully cared for by the same owners for the past 38 years, and we feel incredibly lucky to be its next owners. One of the things we love about this cottage is that it’s ground level, with just a couple of steps to get inside, making it a great option for guests looking for fewer stairs.

• Ground level with minimal steps
• 3 bedrooms (1 queen master with ½ bath, 1 queen bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds/bunk bed/TBD)
• 1.5 baths + outdoor shower
• Classic OBX beach bungalow vibes

Wanna stay? We’re planning to open for rentals by November 1, and possibly earlier.

Halloween in the OBX is awesome! 👻🎃

October is one of our favorite times at the beach. Beautiful weather, fewer crowds, and plenty of Halloween fun! There’s just something about spooky season with a little salt air. 🌊💀
