Today is a special day for me, my Sis/friend Consuelo and my premier lender Aldrena. Connie called me last month, said she wanted to buy a condo in Austin and was using me as her REALTOR. She could've used anyone, but she chose me, as her friend to negotiate her deal for her. We looked at 2 properties and she chose the 1 I knew she would pick. I was able to get some of her closing costs covered, her repairs covered and put her in a beautiful gated community for a great price. It is an honor and so humbling to be able represent my friends in real estate transactions. It lets me know that I'm doing something right and that they trust me. That means a lot and speaks volumes. Also, a special thank you goes to my Sis Aldrena for getting the clear to close in less than 3 weeks and us to the closing table in 21 days. That's the fastest closing I've had with a financed deal. This right here is a special closing for me and my clients. We were supposed to close last month on a home with another builder, but that builder fumbled the deal and caused my clients to not be able to close or get the home they wanted. When I found out on a Friday we weren't going to close as expected, what did I do as their REALTOR®, I changed all my plans the next day that I had and immediately found other builders that we could view. After viewing several homes, they chose a beautiful home, they got approved the same day, and we went under contract to replace the horrible deal we had with Lennar. Today we closed on their Ashton Woods home in Hutto and my clients are able to move into their new home before their new bundle of joy arrives in 3 weeks. My heart is so full. My clients just kept thanking me for everything. I fought hard for them and got them a better quality home. I treat my clients like family and will fight to make sure they get the best deal. I got my clients a blinds package, washer and dryer, a fridge included at no extra cost and a great rate of 3.99%. Plus the builder paid my commission. It still boggles my mind that people will purchase a new build and not use a REALTOR®, when our fees are covered by the builder. Plus we can negotiate things that you alone can't get. So again, use us to help get you what you want. Again, congratulations to my clients Allison and Seth on the purchase of your new home. Here's a huge congratulations to my friend/Sis LeeAnn and her husband Bill on the purchase of their new home in Greenville. I'm beyond happy for them. They said they wanted a closer, not a passive agent that won't get them what they want. As their friend they knew I would get the job done. Not only did I get the job done, I exceeded their expectations. They now have a new build home on 2 acres of land, received a 2 for 1 buy down on their rate, a privacy fence, a washer, dryer, microwave, and refrigerator of their choice, my compensation covered by the builder, a higher appraised value on the home then the purchase price of the house, the exact negotiated price, a closing in 3 weeks and all repairs completed from the inspection report. Again I keep telling people these new builds aren't perfect and I am able to find faults in every new build my clients have bought. Bill and LeeAnn I can't thank you enough for trusting me as your friend to get you everything you wanted. I'm forever grateful for you using me as your REALTOR® and as you said, your closer. Today is definitely a special day. I was able to help my friends Janice and Matt get their house sold and I also made the buyers Brandon and Haley's dreams come true when they purchased my friend's home. My heart is truly full because these adorable little girls will be in their new home and get to trick or treat in their new neighborhood Friday. Everyone is truly happy and to know I had a part in that happiness means a lot to me. Congratulations Matt, Janice, Brandon and Haley.
