I came to Texas 2 years ago from overseas with not a lot. A plan, a little reserves saved up, an air mattress. All the money I had I poured into this home & business. Spent literally my last plus interest w/ renovations. The air mattress where I did my realtor courses & where I laid my head at for a good minute. ⠀

I bet it all on this house & my process. Blocked off doubt from the outside noise saying my asking price point was too high or not having anywhere to reside after. Yesterday we CLOSED 🙌🏽 50k OVER Market value. Selling 100k more than what I purchased over a year ago! 🤯⠀
