Hi
I own apt complexes and flips in Killeen , Harker Heights and Copperas Cove.
I need a part or a full time worker.

Applicants must be able to pass a criminal check with no violent crime ever/ theft/ moral turpitude offence.
Applicants must have tools and a car/ truck available all the time that they will use to go to home depot/lowes and get material.
The work will be to fix work orders and some make readys/ flips, so we are talking about painting, drywalls, roofing, plumbing, basic electric etc..
If you got an hvac license with experience - your pay will be $15 -$20 an hour.
-So you will need to be good in all or MOST of these skills including plumbing (fixing water heaters/ unclogging drains etc..).
I can only hire you as an independent contractor and pay will be weekly with no withdrawals and you will need to fill w9.
Working hours can be somewhat flexible.
Ideally, you can be available for service calls on the weekend (emergencies)
I will need to receive a resume with a phone number from you with preferably prior job references.
In the resume I need ANSWERS FROM ALL THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

Do you have any Criminal background?
What are your Skills?
How are you in regards to Plumbing?
Length of Experience and references?
Do you have a reliable vehicle (If so, what kind? a truck or just a car?)
Do you have your own tools (If so, what kind?)
Are you ok to work as a w9 independent contractor
