Chartered as Jay Manning Homes, we began building single family homes in Copperas Cove in 1995. Built upon the principles of quality, honesty, and value, we developed a reputation for building great homes. Since our inception, we have expanded upon these principles to broaden our construction experience to commercial building and multifamily units. In 2007, our name was amended to Manning Homes to reflect the composition of our team. Through this time we have remained focused on the needs of our clients.
