There’s just something special about helping the kids of people you grew up with buy a home. ❤️

I played softball in high school with Addie Grace momma, and she has always been one of my favorite people. Now here we are years later, and I get to help Addie and Jack purchase their new home. 🏡

We looked at a LOT of houses before they found the perfect one, but when they walked into this house… we all knew.

Seeing all my friends’ kids grown up and starting this chapter of life makes me feel a little old 😂 but mostly just thankful. So happy for Addie Grace and Jack and excited for all the memories they’ll make here. ❤️

Congratulations to Savanna and Nicholas on purchasing their first home!
We looked at A LOT of houses over the last year. Lost out on a couple in multiple offers, got discouraged a few times, but I kept telling them… “You’ll know it when you see it. If its meant to be it will all fall into place"
Well… they found it. 🙌
Next up… wedding in September 💍
One of my favorite parts of this job is helping the children of people I grew up with. I graduated high school with Savanna’s parents, so this closing feels extra special. ❤️
