Welcome to Advantage Realty & Estate Sales, Inc.! We are looking forward to seeing you at our Moving / Estate Sale this weekend! We wanted to give you some advanced info about what to expect and to understand how our sales work! ✅😀
⭐️ Our company policy is to not discuss pricing until the opening day & time.
⭐️ We plan to give out early entry #’s about 8am on opening day. The doors open at 9am. What does that mean? For those who prefer to come and stand in line early, before the sale opens, we will give numbers beginning with number 1,2,3,4 …. Those who are standing in line 1st at 8 AM. Once you have a number, you can go and sit in your car or go grab breakfast or whatever you would like and please be back by about 8:50 AM and everyone needs to get in numeric order according to the number we gave you. We stop giving numbers when the sale opens. People just get in line behind the others at that point.
⭐️ Important! As you come into the sale, if you want to buy a piece of furniture, or a big or heavy item, you will see a 3 inch green string tag either hanging on that item or taped to that item. If you’re 100% sure that you will purchase it then you need to take that 3” green price tag and give it to one of the workers on the floor or at checkout. They will write your name on that price tag and hold it at checkout, and they will give you a pending sticker with your name on it for you to place on your item that you’re buying.
⭐️ We do not want any shoppers to carry tags around in their pockets or their purses. We need you to give them to one of our workers right away so that we can hold the tag for you at checkout, and so a pending sticker will be placed on the item in place of the price tag. It is against our rules for anyone to take a price tag off the item and just hold it while they are trying to decide if they’re going to purchase it. You are only to pull tags off if you are promising that you were going to pay for it and purchase it.
⭐️ If you see a couch that does not have a price tag on it, and there is not a pending sticker on it or a sold sticker on it, then you can ask a worker about it and if we cannot find who is holding the price tag for that item, then we will give you a pending sticker and make a new tag and hold it at checkout, and you will be able to buy it. Before we do that, we will make a good faith effort to find who is holding the original price tag. It may be that they are on their way to give us the tag at checkout.
⭐️ if you want to buy an item that has a small green sticker for the price tag, then just pick that item up and carry it to the holding area at checkout, or place it in our shopping tote. You do not need to remove any of the small green sticker price tags.
⭐️ We do not accept checks. We do accept cash and we actually give you a 3% cash discount on your invoice when paying with cash. We also accept debit and credit cards. There is a 3% credit card fee that will be added if you pay with credit cards. We do not accept the very thick rewards credit cards or the metal credit cards.
⭐️ We ask that no one tries to load up furniture during the first three hours of opening day when the crowd is busy in the house. You are welcome to pay for your item and we will mark it sold and give you an invoice showing you paid for it and will pick it up later. You will need to bring that invoice back with you when you come to pick up your item.
⭐️  You should be prepared to show your paid invoice to someone when you leave our sale. You are not to exit through the front door. You will exit through the garage after checkout. The front door is for entrance only to the sale.
⭐️ All shoppers will line up at the front door to the home. Enter through the front door and exit through the garage.
⭐️ We do not let any shoppers bring in their own tote bags to use while they shop. We do provide shopping totes for you to use while you shop at our sales and we will keep those at our checkout. We will have tissue paper and plastic merchandise bags for you to wrap your purchases and you can take those plastic merchandise bags home with you.  We do not allow any shoppers to borrow our in-house shopping totes to take items to their car even if they offer to bring them back to us. That is part of our security protocol and we do not want to see any of our company owned shopping totes being taken to anyone’s vehicle. 
⭐️ Before attempting to move any furniture in the house during the three day sale, you need to talk to Stephanie and we will make sure you have a good plan in place so that you stay safe and the house and real estate remains in perfect condition. 
⭐️ Please be prepared and bring tools if you buy an item, like a bed that needs to be disassembled. You will need to bring helpers to load your items. At each sale, we have shoppers who ask us to load a dresser or a couch and we are not able to do that. We do have names we can give you of people who move furniture. If you choose to purchase an item and you do not have movers and are not able to get it out of the house then the item is not refundable. That is because our initial crowd of shoppers will be gone by that time and we will not have the same opportunity for it to sell again. 
⭐️ Everything sells “As-is” and if it’s an electronic item, you’re welcome to plug it in and test it. Sales are final.
⭐️  We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property. By choosing to come to our sale, you agree to shop at your own risk and be very careful while on the property.
