Needed this guy and group today. Thank you for a great reminder to take care of yourself.

Most of you know my struggles with RA. I spent a lot of time and energy last year and got my body back under control and put myself first. Then in November we went on a cruise and I slipped and did ok, however I did not get back on track.

I started Monday getting back on track and getting my life back. RA you can kiss my ass.
