As we pause for the proper time to build the condominiums from the ground up, we started a new project close by.

We are proud to mention we are currently in a complete gut and rebuild a current landmark at the Port of Kimberling. We are renovating the LIGHTHOUSE LODGE original main house located Lakefront directly across the street of the Port of Kimberling.

This is a four unit facility that has the opportunity to link multiple rooms together for that large family get together.

We hope to have a couple units ready for the start of summer. We will keep you updated on progress.

This design has 14 Condos and 2 Villas.

It has parking for 16 golf carts in the bottom level
