🏡❤️ A New Home, A New Chapter, Closer to Family! ✨

I first met this sweet couple at an open house I was hosting, and I’m so glad our paths crossed! 🥹

After spending years in their home, they’re ready for a fresh start and the opportunity to move closer to family. There’s something so special about finding a home that brings you closer to the people who mean the most☺️

It was such a pleasure helping them through this transition, and I’m so grateful they trusted me to be part of their journey!

Here’s to new beginnings, making memories, and this exciting next chapter! 🔑✨ Congratulations Steven and Kim🤍

Absolutely LOVE this team! 🧡✨ So much support, positivity, and fun with these girls! Val is such a great leader, and I’m so grateful to be surrounded by women who encourage each other and push each other to be better.

I never imagined my real estate career would lead me to a team, but now I couldn’t imagine it any other way! We work so well together, give it our all for our clients, and celebrate each other’s wins along the way. 🏡💪🏼

Hard work and dedication pay off, and there’s no better feeling than seeing it all come together and hitting that cap! So proud of what we’re building together and excited for everything still to come! 💕

Having a proud team moment over here. ❤️

Starting a little team has brought plenty of learning along the way, but one of my favorite parts has been watching Andrea and Makenna grow into their own successes—and welcoming Rachael as my admin just a few short months ago!

This year, we’ve all reached our company dollar cap at KW—me in three months, Andrea in one month, and Makenna in five months! 🎉 Andrea joined our team last summer, Makenna joined in April, and I haven’t even been with KW three years yet.

I see the work behind those milestones. The calls after dinner, the weekend showings, the late nights, and the care that goes into helping clients through big decisions. And behind the scenes, Rachael helps keep everything organized and moving forward. We’re so grateful to have her!

Girls, I’m just so stinkin’ proud of you. And to our clients, friends, and family who keep cheering us on and referring us—thank you! We love helping you with your next chapters. 🏡❤️

🏡 SOLD! ✨
Sometimes, the perfect home comes along at just the right time. When this one hit the market, she knew she had to see it, and since she was living out of state, FaceTime it was! 📱
That’s one of the things I love about technology and real estate. Being able to virtually walk through a home together makes it possible to help buyers find the right place, even when they’re miles away.
After making the move back to Wisconsin to be closer to family, she now has a place to call home and start this next chapter. 🤍
Thank you so much for choosing the Val Hall Homes Team to be part of your journey and for trusting us throughout the process. We are so excited for you and cannot wait to see everything you do with the place and how you make it your own!
Congratulations on your new home! 🔑

🏡 A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS ✨

After 30+ years in their current home, these buyers decided it was time for a new chapter. They were looking for a home that would make everyday life a little easier, with all of the necessities they wanted conveniently located on the main floor.

I was so happy to help them through this journey and even more excited when we found the one that just felt right🧡

When they first walked into this home during an open house, they both loved it so much that they wanted to go back through it again. Sometimes, you can just tell when a home feels different, and this one checked so many of their boxes. Especially plenty of yard space for Harper to run around and get all that energy out! 🐾💕

We’re so incredibly happy for Kip & Roberta and so grateful they trusted us to help them find their forever home🔑

Here’s to new beginnings, new memories, and an exciting new chapter! 🤍✨ Congratulations!!

One of the sweetest parts of this job is getting to help people you know and care about find a place to call home. 🏡❤️
I recently had the opportunity to help my parents’ good friends find a home for their son and his growing family. Now, they’re getting ready to welcome their little one! 👶🏼✨
I can’t wait to see the nursery all set up and see everything you do to make this house your own. I know you’re going to make it such a special place to raise your growing family! 🥹🏡
So excited for this next chapter and all the memories you’ll make here. Congratulations to this growing family! 🤍
