Due to blizzard-like conditions, the DeMawating Development office will be closed on Monday, March 16, 2026.

ANYONE IN THE MARQUETTE - GWINN AREA.
Sawyer Village is accepting applications for 35 duplexes that are currently under renovation. Expected completion dates range from mid-February to May. These duplexes are 3-bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom units priced at $1,100, with a limited number of 4-bedroom, 1 3/4-bathroom units priced at $1,200. Security is equal to 1 1/2 months’ rent. Trash pick-up is included. Up to 2 approved pets permitted per unit with a $150 pet fee. Application fee of $35 per person aged 18 or older. The duplex renovations consist of new roofs, siding, windows, furnaces, water heaters, flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and bathrooms. Due to heavy snow, our DeMawating office is currently closed. For emergencies, please call our Emergency Line. For all other issues, please leave a message and we'll respond as soon as we can. Safety is our top priority, especially in our apartment buildings where residents have essential work commitments.
