Cleaning up some solar panels right here in King City, California. ☀️

Dirt, dust and buildup can collect quickly on solar panels, so I’m giving these a proper cleaning and getting them looking good again.

Another small project from your local King City Handyman.

Another small job knocked out today. 🔨

Repaired a section of fence and fixed a couple sprinkler issues for a local customer.

About 2½ hours of work — $225 total.

I enjoy these smaller jobs that homeowners need taken care of but don’t always know who to call.

Opening Up the Space! 🔨
Before removing this load-bearing wall, I’m installing temporary shoring to safely support the weight above. Once everything is properly supported, the wall can come down and a new structural header can go in, creating a beautiful open space while maintaining the home’s structural integrity.
30+ years in construction, and I still love transforming spaces!
