What you donā€™t see is what matters most ā€” especially this close to the water.

Weā€™re making progress on the Gray Construction build on Bancroft Ave on The Point, and before the floors go on, I wanted to show this stage because itā€™s one most buyers never get to seeā€¦ but itā€™s one of the most important.

Tonight was one of those ā€œreal life behind real estateā€ momentsā€¦

I had every intention of getting home early and making a nice dinner for my family. On the way home, I got a call for a listing appointment that couldnā€™t waitā€”so I said yes (because thatā€™s what we do).

I came home, cooked a full mealā€”lemon pasta, chicken cutlets, Caesar saladā€¦ the whole thing.

ā€¦and walked into this. Everyone asleep. šŸ„¹

No big dinner moment. No conversation around the table. Just quiet.
