Some days it’s a waterfront showing. Other days it’s a construction site, a listing appointment, or a phone call helping someone figure out their next move. There’s always something different—and I get to do it right here in Colonial Beach.

I love an old beach cottage with a story. I love walking a new construction home and watching the plans come to life. And yes, a good water view will stop me in my tracks every time.
