(Jay's Home Repair) on the rebuild. He put this basement back together after it had to be demoed for waterproofing. You could never tell this basement was ever wet.

I purchased this property in June. In July I stopped by to check on it and stepped into a puddle of water when I entered the fully finished, carpeted basement. After having some pipes repaired, sealing the property externally, and having to get mold remediation, the basement still became wet when it rained and snowed.

came in and suggested some waterproofing options and that basement has been dry ever since.
