We are seeking a Real Estate Listing Manager to join a top-producing real estate firm in the area. Our Listing Manager is an individual who is detail oriented, thrives on helping people, is an excellent problem solver, persistent, focused and has vast experience and proven success in prioritizing tasks through systems and organization. This individual is patient and can manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates integrity, shares our core team values, has a work ethic that is higher than most, and a history of being a high achiever who craves accountability to results.
Our Listing Manager must be willing to grow with the business, while at the same time enjoy having a schedule and checking things off the list daily. He/she is results oriented. This person is responsible for providing exceptional service to sellers from the time their home goes on the market until it closes. He/she will manage the entire listing-to-contract-to-close process efficiently and effectively.
A real estate license is not required for this position but is a bonus. We are flexible with remote work schedules as long as there is no impact on productivity.
The duties for our Listing Manager includes the following:
- Manage listing client relationships
- Prepare Listing appointment
- Input listing information into Bright MLS and other third-party media outlets accurately
- Arrange for photos, signs, lockboxes, videos and showing instructions
- Maintain Listing (Bright MLS changes, price reductions, updates)
- Coordinate showings and access to listed properties
- Schedule open houses
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure listing information is conveyed so that listings are properly marketed
- Act as the first point of contact for answering Salas Team calls from agents requesting information regarding listings or access to listings
