Great news conventional loan limits are increasing!

The official loan limits have been announced by FNMA and are effective today!

What does this mean for you as a home buyer? 🏠 You can borrower a higher amount with a conventional mortgage (fixed rates and ARMs available) with less hassle than a jumbo loan.
