Congratulations to my wonderful buyers on purchasing their first home—and what a special one it is! 🏡🐴

This beautiful property in Hershey gives them something they've dreamed about: a place to call home for themselves and their two horses.

Like many real estate transactions, this one came with a few unexpected challenges. A failed septic inspection created some hurdles along the way, and there were moments when we had to work through some difficult decisions and negotiations. But with patience, persistence, and a great team working together, we were able to reach the finish line.

Today, I'm simply excited for my clients as they begin this new chapter. Homeownership is a big milestone, and finding a property that fits both your family and your animals makes it even more meaningful.

This past weekend was a great reminder of just how quickly the market can move.

We hosted an open house and had strong interest from buyers throughout the day. By the time the open house ended, we already had an exceptional offer in hand, and the home is now under contract.

What stood out to me was that several interested buyers weren't pre-approved and assumed they would have time to think about it, get financing in order, and make an offer later.

In today's market, that's often not the case.

The buyers who are best positioned to win are the ones who have already done the work before they find the right house:
