This one was an adventure...if you work in the real estate industry you know how much fun it is when a seller and buyer have already "negotiated" a deal and want you to just help with paperwork! 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Its's NEVER just that easy and this one was no exception. After a few weeks of back and forth the buyer & seller weren't in agreement to what they were previously in agreement on.

Fast forward and the buyer chose to hire a buyers agent (thankfully) and we started over with the negotiation, the basics were in place but there are so many details and liability items that needed to be spelled out.

We negotiated a 6-month lease for the buyer to be able to move in and get their CA home listed for sale, it took longer than expected but eventually the buyer was able to qualify for the loan without selling first.

We had a successful closing last week and all sides are now happy!

Moral of the story is, stick to what you do best and hire a professional for the things you don't specialize in.
