Let me tell you a story of why I love what I do. I started working with this client before she could get pre-qualified. We previewed a few homes, but nothing she could make an offer on due to credit issues. I hooked her up with my lender, who gave her directions on what she could do to improve her credit. She did, she worked her tail off. Saving money, paying off credit cards. As soon as we walked into this completely remodeled home she fell in love. It's perfect for her and her 2 small children. I had a pre-qualification and we wrote an offer that same day. Smoothest transaction because she listened to what the professionals said. Best part, she is moving into this home for $5.00. Not $500, $5!!!!! Tell me what house can you rent for $5 moving in cost?? She's a hard worker who cares for her family, was tried of renting and paying someone else's mortgage. Today I got to change someone's life.
