Well if you're one of the lucky ones with a $400,000 house or more, and you have a 30-year mortgage

Did your realtor tell you that you pay $75 a day in interest, for 30 years, that's a long time

That's basically $10 an hour to sleep

PLEASE DON'T TELL ME THAT YOU MAKE IT $25 AN HOUR AND AFTER TAXES YOU MAKE $20

Does that even make sense to go home and pay $10 an hour to go to sleep ?

We don't know who started this program, But we don't think it's a very good deal

There has got to be a better way

Cuz this seems like fuzzy math to me

40 years ago, with a few hundred bucks down, you could buy a home and it made a lot of sense

I did some research and homes are approximately double what they were in 1970, the ratio between your yearly income and the cost of the home

100 different factors push the price up , everybody added complexities to the process, and then here we are today

So this is where we're at

#1- Do you have a mortgage or pay rent for around $1,500 per month?

#2- do you have over 14,000 in cash ?

If you went down to the local RV dealer and paid too much you could probably walk out of there with a 200 per month payment for this RV

If we sold you a 2 + acre property with a monthly payment under $100 a month ?

I believe you would have $1,200 extra per month,

if you save that for a year

If I'm doing my math correctly

You'd have 14,400 in cash in your pocket

Could you live in this RV for a year ?

Has a queen size bed, just like the one at home

A great first step

To live rural or 5 or 10 miles outside the city limits, can be a bit of a pain when it comes to employment, we have many associates that are self-employed, and their office in their shop is at home with a couple acres of land you got lots of room to do anything you want

But again a great first step is to consider an online job, you don't have to travel very far

Imagine securing one job where you shared that job with your partner,

You're not making car payments

You're not burning fuel at 4 or 5 dollars a gallon

you probably own your homestead paid for

You don't need very much money, any extra money you got, put it in an investment account, start building your dream home, not hard to figure out what to do with money

The real story of "Jack and Jill "

Well I guess it starts that Jack and Jill bought a house on top of the hill

$400,000, with $50,000 down

Well the payments over $2,600 a month, mortgage, taxes, insurance, HOA fees

The interest over 30 years is over $488,000

The maintenance and repair over 30 years is over a $200,000

We're on our way to 1.2 million dollars

Jack and Jill are going to have to show up to a job and work over 60,000 hours, to pay for this beast

Jack and Jill both want decent cars, that's going to cost them almost 600,000 over the next 30 years

Jack and Jill are going to work over 30,000 hours to pay for those cars

This story is not going well

Let's go back to the $50,000 down payment for the house

You can build a livable homestead and buy two cars with cash with $50,000

We love $400,000 homes

We just don't love them that much

There's a better way to accomplish all your goals

But you still want that $400,000 house

Let's find a way to get there without needing 2 million dollars, being a slave for 100,000 hours to some job that you hate

Dave Ramsey said it, he's a popular guy

Live like no one else today

So you can live like no one else tomorrow

I'm not doing a great job at expressing my viewpoint

But I will find a clean simple way for us all to get from point A to point B

But I do know is our current systems no longer working for most younger people

Well I sort of apologize for that but it's a necessary evil

This is the first step, if you don't want to go in this direction then we don't want to sell you any land

Hate to brag or be so bold but we don't need the money that's not what we're about

Buying a $400,000 house with $50,000 down and a 30-year mortgage does not work

When you go to work, you are paying interest on your house that you're not at

Did you know that most people that own a $10,000 RV and have a queen bed in it and the units paid for, and they fall asleep, they don't know that they're not in a 5,000 ft house they're asleep, but you're paying interest when you're asleep

You're lucky if you use your house 2 hours a day awake

It doesn't work

Most people are paying 35 to 45% of their income for their living quarters

I don't know what you're doing during the week on most days at 10:00 a.m. in the morning but I'm usually having a cup of coffee and watching a movie, wondering what restaurant I'm going to go to lunch at

30 40 years ago it was affordable to get a mortgage on a house, it's not now, and rent is exactly the same thing,

You can either be a slave your whole life or live within your means for a couple years

Live cheap like under $1,000 a month for a few years in Bank the money, you can build your house for the material cost 20 cents on the dollar, or put your money in the bank it will grow with interest and go pay cash for it in full

Or option 3 be a slave your whole life

We are recommending a better life, and a way to do it

Some say but I don't want to live out a rural area,

But you're agreeable to being a prisoner to your job for 30 years

How is that an equal trade off

We're not Dave Ramsey

We're definitely not your mom and dad or your brother's sister

We're just brutally honest and very fiscal about the use of money

I will give Dave Ramsey some credit

Live like nobody else today

So that you can live like nobody else tomorrow

And if you're making a car payment that's an absolute loser, I would shoot myself before I made a car payment

You're expanding a business? So you have 10 vehicles that you're making payments on that's a different story that's not being paid by you

To pay for everything in your life you have to make so much money now, you have to pay income taxes to the state and federal government

I have not paid one penny in income tax for over 40 years, that's a whole nother lesson, now we get into all your income going into an LLC, which owns everything blah blah blah that's a subject for another day

So you're looking for land

If you're not on the road to be debt free then you're looking for land in the wrong place

because we won't sell it to you

It's our land, and we can choose who we sell it to, we are in no way in equal opportunity operation here

Anything of value that is sold, it's extremely rare that's a really really good deal out there

And people like to fool around with the advertising, put a photo up of a 30-foot RV for 700 bucks

That guy would get a thousand phone calls, that's because it's destroyed and it's only worth 700 bucks , if it has no interior who knows, the problem is a waste your time, and for that I'm sorry

What do they say
you get what you pay for

So yes we're selling some property for 20 cents on the dollar,

This cannot possibly be true

So absolutely yes there is a catch

We need two things

We have hundreds of property for sale and we need somebody to live up in the area we are unable to do it, so we need you

Being so close to the properties it would be much more economic for you to show perspective buyers the location of the property, we don't really need you to sell it just make sure they get there and give them 15 minutes of your time

So we will pay handsomely for this service

Well, your first thought is I live in Kingman or Havasu or whatever, I'd like to do this task, show others where the property is,
It sounds good on paper, if you don't live there within 1500 ft it's not going to work

The customer may be available on Tuesday between noon and 6:00 p.m., and you have to be somewhat available to help them out and you can't do that from havasu

And as a bonus we need a paid employee so you could get a job out of this

So there's no funny business, nobody's hiding anything

If we tell you a property is worth $8,000 that's what it's worth and that's what it's selling for every single day

And if you buy it for under $2,000 and put in a few hours time showing people other properties you're getting one hell of a deal

That's it

Everybody wins -- nobody loses

We're going to sell 5 properties with valuation each of between $7,000 and $10,000 each ( for under $2,000 each )

--- And here's the catch ---

#1 terms of the deal you'll clear off a portion of the property, drop an RV on it preferably in the 25-ft range

#2 and live on the property for 36 months

We have just purchased over 150 properties in the area, with opportunity to purchase as many as 500 more, and we need to develop/use them, and we need a couple good people up in the area to not only show the properties to buyers, and teach people the lifestyle and how to develop the properties , or actually develop other properties to be sold, as we have buyers/individuals that want to move on to properties today but want them all set up and plug in ready

If you our one of those people that has a mortgage and two car payments, or about to take on that debt, there is a better way to live

Unfortunately people do not understand, whether you pay rent or a mortgage and a couple car payments, that is costing you every penny that you have available

And you will be a slave for the rest of your life, with no way out , all you're doing is paying interest

There is a much better way, and we wish to share it with you, and have you share it with thousands
