It’s very unfortunate for a deal to fall through the week of closing.

Buyer came to me pre approved from an online lender I’m not familiar with. I suggested shopping a few local ones, but they decided to stay with what they had.

Getting any communication from them was like pulling teeth.

Buyer got very extremely frustrated all due to the lack of communication from this lender! I had reached out specifically on several occasions and asked her to CALL the buyer!

She never did. 😳

So buyer calls her and terminates the deal after an unexplained delay (which happens sometimes) and he was tired of trying to get answers from that side of the deal. That’s literally all he wanted was some answers and explanations. He was done 😩

Honestly I couldn’t blame him at all! I of course tried to save it and have him talk to someone else but he’d already made that decision to stop and try again at some other point. This just was not the time for him.

Buying a home is the biggest transaction most people do in their lifetime, and YOU deserve a phone call and an answer to any of your questions!

Again, this is not a local lender. I have no negative reviews about any of the local lenders I’ve worked with.
