Entrepreneurship has never looked like staying in one lane.
For us, it has meant building, designing, hosting, marketing, managing, and telling the stories of places worth experiencing.
Peaceful Peak began with a vision for intentional hospitality and meaningful spaces. Now, that same passion has led us to Hicks Block, where we have the privilege of marketing these incredible lofts and managing the building as it begins its next chapter.
We did not create the vision or complete the renovation, but we are incredibly honored to help share the story of this historic building and welcome the people who will soon call it home.
On Thursday, October 1, from 5–8 PM, I’ll be hosting an open house alongside the architect whose vision helped save this beautiful piece of Downtown Kingsport history.
Come tour Hicks Block, meet the people behind its transformation, and enjoy Downtown Kingsport’s October Shop & Hop. Shop late, shop local, and discover the small businesses and historic spaces that make our downtown so special.
This is what entrepreneurship means to us: using what we have built to support other dreamers, preserve meaningful places, strengthen our community, and help write the next chapter of something much bigger than ourselves.
