🏡 Real estate doesn’t operate on a 9-to-5 schedule. Early mornings to late nights on most days is more accurate.
Very few transactions are completely seamless. Inspections uncover issues, appraisals can create hurdles, and financing questions arise. My job is to find solutions, navigate obstacles, and keep the transaction moving toward a successful closing.
