Residents have access to several streaming services... including ESPN Unlimited!! 🏈✨

If you are not yet signed up for the various streaming services provided through Spectrum, follow the instructions below:

1.) Download the MySpectrum App
2.) Login with the username and password you created (you have an account that you set up to have your Spectrum equipment delivered)
3.) Click "Manage TV / Streaming" found on the home page of the app
4.)Scroll down to find ESPN Unlimited in the listed Streaming Apps (Or any app that you wish to activate)
5.) Click get started to create your account!

We’re looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team! If you’re friendly, motivated, organized, and enjoy helping people find a place they’re proud to call home, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
-Greet and assist prospective residents with a friendly, professional attitude
-Respond to phone calls, emails, and leasing inquiries promptly
-Schedule and conduct property tours
-Explain rental options, pricing, amenities, policies, and community features
-Follow up with prospective residents and maintain strong customer relationships
-Process rental applications and assist with the leasing and move-in process
-Collect and verify required applicant documentation
-Maintain accurate resident and prospect records
-Prepare and process lease agreements and related paperwork
-Assist with move-in and move-out coordination
-Maintain knowledge of available units, pricing, specials, and community amenities
-Help maintain model units, leasing areas, and common areas to ensure they are welcoming and presentable
-Work with the property management team to address resident questions and concerns
-Assist with marketing efforts, including responding to online leads and promoting available units
-Meet leasing and occupancy goals
-Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable fair housing requirements
-Provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive resident experience

What We’re Looking For:
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Sales or leasing experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
-leasing experience is a plus
