🎉 Back-to-Back Closings = Double the Excitement! 🏡➡️🏡

These are some of my favorite types of transactions — high stakes, high energy, and so rewarding when it all comes together. My seller made a big move from Virginia to Tennessee, and we needed to time everything just right to sell and buy without missing a beat!

There were a few bumps along the way — we first accepted a home sale contingent offer, but that buyer couldn’t get under contract in time. 😬 Thankfully, we had a kick-out clause in place and were able to pivot and accept a stronger non-contingent offer. 💪

We did lose out on a home during the process, which was disappointing in the moment… but as always, what’s meant to be will be. Everything fell into place beautifully, and now this amazing client is settling into a new home in Tennessee! 🏠❤️

So proud of the teamwork, persistence, and trust that made this move possible!
