Each day we get closer and closer. The drywall is almost done upstairs and the lower level is getting attention. Hopefully meeting with a window guy today that has a few of the arch windows done! Hoping the storefronts start dinner than later! Hard to believe I need paint colors by this weekend for upstairs. Just a few final decisions and the interior upstairs should start coming together!!

Tomorrow is not promised…live life, go to the concert, take the trip, live everyday to the fullest! So glad I have amazing friends who continue to remind me of this very thing! Don’t wait, do all the things!!!! This building revitalization might be the most trying thing we have ever tackled but I’m going to keep reminding myself to breathe and do ALL the things!!! Whiskey Myers maybe you’ll want to come to KPT and put on a show!!!

I can’t wait to experience a twilight alive from the building! The views from the lofts of the stage are pretty amazing!!! What a turnout last night! Love our Downtown Kingsport Association and all our downtown has to offer!!!

This 2 bedroom one bathroom unit has the most amazing windows! I’m pretty sure this was a favorite from the tour. Although the one bedroom with a private rooftop is definitely in the running!
