Today I showed a home that felt like stepping back in time to Grandma’s house.

It was the kind of place where you could feel the life that had been lived there. Children were raised within those walls, grandchildren played in the yard, and decades of ordinary days became a lifetime of memories.

The year 1966 was still etched into the cement. Lace curtains hung in the windows, peering out over this beautiful countryside—little details that made you wonder about all the life those walls have witnessed.

Sometimes in real estate, you walk into a house and see so much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. You see someone’s story. A place where a family grew up, gathered around the table, celebrated holidays, watched children become adults, and welcomed another generation home.

One day, someone new will call this place home and begin adding their own chapters to a story that started long before them.

Some houses are more than houses. They hold a lifetime of memories, and getting a glimpse into the stories that made them a home is truly my favorite part of showing homes. ❤️

A special milestone today! 🏡❤️

Today marked my first closing with Keller Williams since making the move in June, and I couldn’t have asked for a better one.

I had the pleasure of working with Susan once again, and together we helped make another transaction smooth and successful. It truly makes a difference when both agents communicate well and work together toward the same goal—creating the best experience possible for our clients.

What an incredible morning representing the Kingsport Chamber at the ribbon cutting for NCG Cinema’s brand-new IMAX Theater! 🎬✂️

It was an honor to celebrate this exciting addition to our community and to be among the first to experience a movie on the new IMAX screen. Knowing there isn’t another IMAX theater within 50 miles makes this a huge win for Kingsport and the entire Tri-Cities region.

The turnout was fantastic, and it was great to see so many people come together to support another investment in our growing community. Congratulations to NCG Cinema on this exciting milestone! I can’t wait to see families, friends, and visitors enjoy this amazing new experience for years to come.

Here’s to another great reason to love calling Kingsport home! 💙🍿🎥

• Last 2 years of W-2s (or 1099s if self-employed)
