The answer is YES! IF you are long on your home investment and plan to live in your home for at least 8-10 years, the benefit of borrowing at an historically low interest rate outweighs the premium you’ll pay for a home in this market.

Yes, interest rates are low. The counterargument: It’s a sellers’ housing market.
