If you want to develop healthy habits the easiest way is to start with clarity first thing in the AM!

That's why I put together this Perfect Day Planner together for you!

A while back I was struggling with time management. Do you ever feel like there's not enough hours in the day? That's how I felt. Every day.

My smart Coach (Anna Gibbs 😉) told me I needed to get control of my schedule and that would involve getting clarity first thing in the morning.

You see, I wasn't setting priorities for the day so I was just doing whatever was coming at me, and when you have a lot of stuff coming at you it's easy to get bogged down with non productive busy work.

I developed this daily sheet and committed to filling it out first thing in the AM (along with writing in my business journal and reading 10 pages from a business book).

Yes I had to get up 30 mins earlier than before, but Anna also reminded me that if you look at the schedules of the most successful business people in the country, they start with rising before the sun and everyone else to get ahead of the day.

If they could do it, why couldn't I?

What happened next? My business doubled. I was able to provide a higher level of coaching to the agents that I'm partnered with! AND I felt much more balanced during the day, even though I was actually busier than ever!

I wanted to share this Model with you today and talk a little bit about the range of Zones we can go through while dealing with the Covid-19 Crisis.

Here's the truth: You might have found yourself in each one of these zones at different times over the past 4 weeks. I know I have, and that's ok.

They key though, is to be cognizant of these different zones so that you can make the conscious choice as to which Zone you choose to be in.

So, what zone will you chose to be in today?

If you're in the Comfort or Fear Zone, what are 3 things you can do today to move from there and into the Learning and Growth Zone?

What is one new skill you can master?
What is one thing on your to-do list that you can accomplish? What is one podcast or audible book you can listen to that will allow you to grow your business this week?

You see, each day when we wake up we have a decision. We can decide to stay the same. Or we can decided to grow.

I hope today you decide to Grow!

Do you have written affirmations? Do you have both personal and business affirmations?

If yes, how often do you say them? What happens when they come true? Do you replace them with a stretch goal? Or remove them altogether?

I have affirmations that I say every day. It is a habit that I got into in my early 20s.

It started out with this daily affirmation "I make $50,000 per year and can pay all of my bills on time".

At the time I had just graduated from college and was $40k in student loan debt.

I was working as a paralegal making $12/hr. no vacation time, no health benefits and was driving a 1998 Purple Nissan Sentra that had 220k miles on it.

I calculated that if I only made $50,000 I could afford all of my bills and be able to move out of my parents' house.

I said this over and over and over again - in the morning, before bed, on my lunch break, during work.

I also started applying to new, better jobs - because, after all, just saying an affirmation won't make it magically come true.

It took me a year and a half of applying to jobs before I landed a new one at a bigger law office.

That's a year and a half of repeating that affirmation over and over again.

I'll never forget the moment they told me the starting salary.... $50,000! On the dot!

I did a little dance in the parking lot of my job and promptly went in and gave my two weeks notice.

I 100% believe that I obtained that job because I was clear on my goal, knew the steps to take to get it and was persistent in my efforts (and trust me, applying for jobs for a year and a half really tested my patience).

But I also know that saying that affirmation over and over again sealed it into my mind as a non negotiable outcome.

Happy Sunday! How will you prepare for this coming week? This is what my Sunday Schedule looks like:

Every Sunday evening I take about 45-60 minutes to

1. Write down my goals for the week.
2. Write down how I am going achieve them.
3. A brain dump of a to do list.
4. Time block lead generation.
5. Schedule Facebook Marketing posts for the week.

This allows me to have a certain level of ease going in to the week.

Game Plan ✅
Clear Mind ✅

If you do not have revenue yet then focus on FREE lead generation activities.

💥 Call the people sitting in your phone right now and ask for referrals -- "do you know anyone that is looking to buy, sell, or invest in Real Estate in the next 6 months?"
💥 Host an Open House on one of your office's listings to generate buyer leads
💥 Create a Facebook business page and invite your Friends and Family to like it - start building it out to create engagement and stay top of mind!
💥Most Chambers of Commerce have Free or Low Cost mixers that you can attend. Find a BNI group and go network as a guest!
