Jumping on the 2016 trend is fun & surprisingly meaningful for me - I started at Compass in 2016! My dear friend, David Booz, took me under his wing and was an incredible mentor. We worked in NYC. Outside of work, my husband and I spent every moment possible in Woodstock, Rhinebeck and Accord hanging out with friends, doing volunteer work, seeing art, and enjoying hiking, sailing on the Hudson and upstate events.

Reflecting on this pivotal year ten years ago, I’m so grateful for David and my other amazing mentors who shared their knowledge and support so generously. I’m grateful to grow with Compass, for all my continuing ties to NYC and Brooklyn and so glad life’s path brought me to where I am today, helping people find their place in our upstate communities.

I appreciate the luck to have such fabulous friends and colleagues. I remain as silly and lighthearted ten years on 😉🙏🏼✨
