There is always something exciting about helping a buyer purchase a home, but when that buyer is a first-time homebuyer, it feels just a little sweeter!

Congratulations to my buyers on purchasing their very first home—a brand-new construction home complete with a 10-year transferable warranty. What an incredible way to begin their homeownership journey!

I am so grateful we live in a country where homeownership is possible and dreams of having a place to call your own can become reality. Purchasing your first home is a major milestone, and purchasing a brand-new home makes it even more special.
