Labor Day weekend looked a little different over here… 🏡🔥

While a lot of people were enjoying the long weekend, I was doing what I love — working for my clients.

✨ TWO homes UNDER CONTRACT!
🏡 Hugo — representing both the buyer & seller
🏡 Durant — representing the buyers

But that wasn’t all. Several of my other listings had showings throughout the weekend, I hosted an open house that brought through some interested parties, and we’re still waiting to see if a few more offers come together. 👀🤞🏼

There were calls, texts, negotiations, showings, follow-ups… and yes, I was still working at 9 PM on a holiday weekend. 😂

And I wouldn’t change it.

Real estate doesn’t always happen Monday–Friday from 9–5. Sometimes the right buyer walks through the door on a holiday. Sometimes an offer comes in after dinner. And when my clients trust me with something as important as buying or selling their home, I’m going to hustle for them when the opportunity is there.

A very productive Labor Day weekend in the books. ❤️🏡

POV: You’re at a second showing of a beautiful 3,700 sq. ft. two-story home built in 1972… and apparently the house would like to be included in the negotiations. 😂🏡

I was the first one there for the second walk through one more time before officially submitting an offer when I hear a random BUZZING coming from the kitchen.

Naturally, I go investigate.

Y’all… it’s the OG 1972 oven. 😂
No one touched it. No one turned it on. It just decided TODAY was the day it had something to say.

My sweet buyers are moving here from Arizona and immediately decided the house might be haunted after I showed them the video. 👻🤣 but they loved it!

I’m choosing to believe the oven was saying:

“ I APPROVE OF YOU BUYING THIS HOUSE .” 😂

Real estate is never boring, I’ll give it that.

And if this offer gets accepted, that oven better behave itself at the inspection. 💀😂
