This new listing of mine is near and dear to my heart.
My first home in Kingston was an 18th-century stone house, and living there gave me a lasting appreciation for the historic stone houses of the Hudson Valley. And, in a wonderful bit of symmetry, my very first listing as a real estate agent was another historic stone house at 142 Pearl Street, built for Johannes Masten. 109 Pearl Street was built for his brother, Cornelius Masten, and his wife, Catherine.
