If you are looking to buy a house, you want to work with a realtor that you can trust. What separates me from other realtors is that I will only work with a select amount of clients at any given time. My job is to find you a house and negotiate to get you the best price. If you are selling a house, you want to work with someone that actually knows how to sell. Too many realtors put your house on t

he MLS and never represent your property the right way because they have 20 other listings. In all fairness, it would be impossible to go to every showing, but that is why I limit myself with the amount of sellers that I represent. I will not take on the job if I do not have the time. If you are investing into a property for the first time, you should know what to look for. I'm also an investor and own multiple rental properties. I'm willing to share my advice and experience with you. My Background

I’ve been involved with construction since the age of 12. Growing up in a “Krasavage” family means that you are going to work with your back and hands at some point. I assisted my father with building multiple homes in my teenage years. I graduated from Penn State in 2008 with a 5-year Architectural Engineering degree and focused in structural engineering. I worked in Miami, FL for a couple years designing high-rise condominiums. When a realtor tells you that you can “blow out a wall”, most are guessing. I actually have the expertise to give you sound advice if that is possible or not. In addition to real estate, I’ve been selling software to architects and engineers over the past 7 years. I’ve sold millions of dollars worth to thousands of people and have been in hundreds of offices all over the US. This experience is crucial when it comes time to closing. I understand the psychology that comes with buying and selling. When it comes time to close the deal, this is where I can get you the best price. Picking the right realtor is a crucial step in the process and I'm here to help and share my connections and experience with real estate.
