The hardest sale I've had in my career. Not in terms of difficulty- the buyers and buyer's agent were fabulous. But selling a family home is hard. This was Pap and Mam's house- my husband's grandparent's home. Built by them in 1965, this house and land has had more than 60 years of memories. It isn't often your kids get to grow up with their great grandparents, seeing them multiple times a week, but mine did. I can't put into words how special that was. Our family made many memories in this house, and I hope the new owners do just the same.
