For decades, this special place was filled with love, laughter, hard work, and memories. Children were raised here and grew into adults. Family gatherings were shared around its tables. Its owners devoted themselves not only to their family, but also to Kingsville through their business, their service, and their commitment to making our community a better place.
This home was also the proud residence of a United States Navy veteran who loved his country, cherished his family, and found joy in bringing old cars and Jeeps back to life. The walls of this home have witnessed a lifetime of stories, accomplishments, celebrations, and quiet moments that mattered most.
On a personal note, this sale means more to me than most. Nearly 23 years ago, I went to work selling real estate for the owner of this home. She was a co-owner of Coldwell Banker Homestead Properties. She believed in me before I had proven myself. She invested her time, shared her knowledge, and helped shape the professional I would become. When the time came to entrust someone with the sale of her home, she chose me. That trust is something I will never take for granted, and it has been one of the greatest honors of my career to represent this property.
