Late-night thoughts for my fellow Realtors! 🌙 If a fellow Realtor or Sales Manager approaches you to discuss their company and the possibility of recruiting you, don't take offense. They might see potential for a perfect fit with their culture or believe their tools and training could elevate your real estate game.

Back in August 2022, I was approached to join another company. Flattered but initially dismissive, I thought, "You must be confused; I'm a broker and own my own company. Your manager wouldn't want to talk to me." To my surprise, they responded, "Yes, she is speaking to Brokers as well as agents." This sparked a conversation that led to research, interviews with multiple companies, and even exploring the possibility of franchising.

Fast forward 9 months,(April 2023) and I joined my forever real estate home. The journey to switch was the toughest business decision I've ever made, and now I wish I had done it sooner.

The takeaway from this post is to always be open to new opportunities. It costs nothing to explore what others have to offer. If it's not the right fit, a simple "thanks, but no thanks" suffices. In my case, I'm grateful someone saw potential in me to join their team. Stepping out of my comfort zone was the key to where I am now. 🚀

I was busy in December, thank you to all my seller and buyer clients who trusted me to assist them in the sale or purchase of a home.
