Do you really need mold remediation?
In Texas, a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC) determines if there’s a real problem and how serious it is. Sometimes the best news I can give you is: No costly remediation is needed at all.

If remediation is necessary, a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor (MRC) performs the cleanup following my protocol. Texas keeps these roles separate to protect homeowners from unnecessary work.
