We are so happy for our incredible sellers as we were able to sell their beautiful property in Beach City! There were a lot of moving parts on this one including NO comps from the last 5 years in this particular neighborhood. But we were able to accept a near full price offer in just a week on market, met appraisal, got it closed! We so much appreciate our sellers trusting us with this project and are so happy that they will be able to move on to their next chapter. We got one more closing in before the holiday! So happy for our commercial clients Leading Note Studios on the purchase of their newest location. They already operate 2 successful music schools in Southern California and will now have their first Texas studio right off of 1488 in Magnolia. A lot went into this as we started the process all the way back in October but all came together when we found the perfect location and then were able to close well ahead of schedule. You probably know by now that Savannah and I love to spend time in East Texas! So we were excited at the opportunity to work on this very unique barndominium in Woodville just down the road from Lufkin and Nacogdoches. And in this case the barndo and property were BETTER than the photos online and we were able to negotiate a great price in securing this incredible property for our clients. We knew that May was going to be a busy month and we were excited to get that kicked off today! Congratulations to our clients Raymond and Venessa on the purchase of their new home as they relocate back to the Houston area. Relocation can be a bit tricky when dealing with multiple contingencies. But everyone worked so well on all sides to keep us on track for a smooth, on-time closing today - just the way it’s supposed to be!

A great way to start the week! A big congratulations to our first time buyers Anthony and Veronica on the purchase of their beautifully updated home in Spring. We started working with Anthony and Veronica right around news years and it took us a couple of months to find the perfect home - but we found it and now we are so excited for their family in this new chapter of their life. More homes are coming on the market every day and interest rates are slowly working their way down so now is a really fun time in the real estate business!
