There are moments in real estate that remind me this business has very little to do with houses… and everything to do with people.

Today was one of those days.

This sweet family entrusted me with the sale of a home they truly believed would be their forever home. Life had other plans, and saying goodbye wasn’t easy. Behind every closing table are memories that can’t be packed into boxes—birthday celebrations, holiday dinners, quiet mornings, and years of love shared within those walls.

I feel incredibly honored that they placed their trust in me during such an emotional season of their lives.

By God’s grace, everything came together beautifully. Their home was on the market for only 8 days, and today we closed—just 19 days from contract to closing. I truly believe the Lord places the right people in our paths at exactly the right time, and I’m so thankful to God (and to Saint Joseph) for the prayers, faith, and guidance that led the perfect buyers to this beautiful home.

As I watched them walk away today, I was reminded that while one chapter closes, another begins. Sometimes the hardest goodbyes become the doorway to new blessings.
