Fayson Lakes Association Official page of the Fayson Lakes Association - Managed by the FLA Board of Trustees Five years after Frank Fay Jr.

bought a section of land in what was then rural northwest New Jersey, he invited community members to form the Fayson Lakes Association in 1930 to help govern a burgeoning population.

​Today, the Fayson Lakes Association consists of over 530 families. Its land and facilities provide an idyllic setting for not only summer activities on its lakes and beaches, but also social activities throughout t

he year. Our Fayson Lakes community consists of a wonderfully diverse group of members, and we are committed to welcoming and creating a safe environment for those of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, disabilities, genders, sexual orientations, political affiliations, and nationalities. The Association is comprised of a number of groups that volunteer to carry out activities throughout the year, to benefit the Association and the greater Kinnelon community.

While the current winter weather has us bundled up outside, we’re already preparing for our summer 2025 beach season in Fayson Lakes! We are now accepting applications for the beach staff positions listed below.

Please visit the Fayson Lakes website to apply for all positions, using the job application form under the Beach menu, in the Help Wanted section.

Applications accepted through March 3, 2025 for Assistant Beach Director, Head Guard, Lifeguard, Badge Checker & Maintenance

A few announcements about this weekend:

If you haven't picked up your picnic wristbands, please do so by 3pm today at 10 Birchwood Trail.

We are looking for servers for the BBQ. If you can help please come to the club house at 5:40.

We will not be using venmo at the Penny Carnival on Sunday. Cash only will be accepted.
