Crystal and I are headed west! We are going to help with hurricane recovery at Black Mountain NC. We are leaving Sunday. We will be working with the Emerge Ministries.
Currently this is the items they are asking us to bring.

WE WANT TO FILL THE SUV TO THE TOP!!

Needed Items

1: Desserts to go out with individual meals (once you individually wrap them- please pack in a sturdy box)
2: Individual fruit cups
3: Individual chips
4: Dry shampoo
5: Solar powered cell phone chargers
6: Gloves
7: Eye protection
8: Masks

I know a lot more is needed but this is their focus for now.

West Bound and Down….

Wednesday evening, Angie and I decided to pool resources and reach out to folks asking for whatever they could offer in assistance to our fellow North Carolinians who are without. So many of you stepped up for this effort with needed items, food, water and your hard earned money. Truly a Blessing.
Angie and I will deliver this trailer load to Richard Childress Racing museum today, one of the designated drop-off locations for distribution to our western most and devastated counties.
God Bless you all and let's all keep these affected families in our prayers.

Vernon and I (Angie) will be taking a trailer of needed supplies to Western North Carolina Saturday, October, 5, 2024. Anyone that would like to donate to this much needed effort, please drop off your donations at our office, located at 2803 W Vernon Av, Ste D, Kinston. We will have a flat bed trailer located in front of our office. Drop off times are tomorrow, Thursday and Friday, 9am-5pm.
