This is the latest on my apartments.
All 4 of the 1 Bedroom units are occupied.
4 of the 2 Bedroom units are completed and 1 of them was occupied this weekend.
My contractor, Tom Wells, has been working on the last one, #5.
He says he will have it painted this weekend and will begin installing the flooring on Monday.
After he is finished with #5, it shouldn't be long before the laundry center is completed.
