Think we are in a "buyers market" and not wanting to sell? These two stats tell a completely different story: we have 1.5 months of available inventory with an average day on market of 7.

What does that mean? It means that the market is seeing a historic rise in housing price because the inventory is so low. NOW is the time to sell, as the market is on fire.
