Our buyers have been eyeing this specific floor plan for quite sometime however the upcoming release had a different interior color scheme than what they preferred. 😭

We asked numerous times and spoke to several representatives, but were told that it was impossible and that it absolutely could not be done. 🥺 One representative said she has been working with the builder for 10 years and they've never allowed for a change, so it was a "hard no." 🙅🏻‍♀️

My clients and I decided to pray and give it a shot! We submitted an offer contingent on the color scheme change our buyers desired and anxiously waited for a response. My buyer said he's never prayed so hard before! 🙏🏻

Within a few days, we got the good news we were hoping for and the builder (who has never done this before) gave us special favor and made an exception for the change! 🎉
