We are thrilled to welcome August Cooke to our Due Diligence team as a Research and Financial Analyst!
A graduate of the University of Washington, August earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, equipping her with a strong foundation in the principles of investment strategies, risk management, and market analysis. Following her graduation, She honed her skills at a property management firm, where she excelled in the real estate industry, demonstrating expertise in real estate investment evaluations and financial analysis.
Outside of her professional life, August is an avid sportswoman and outdoors enthusiast. She enjoys rowing, competing for both the Sammamish Rowing Association and the University of Washington’s team. When not analyzing market trends or strategizing investment opportunities, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and exploring the diverse outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest offers.
August’s blend of analytical rigor and engaging personality makes her a valuable addition to our team. We look forward to the innovative solutions and fresh perspectives she will bring to our projects.
