MY NASHVILLE PEOPLE !!!
I need your advice.

Do any of you know anything about the locations of these 2 properties?
I really want to get a MultiFamily property in Nashville, but need some advice on the good, the bad and the ugly of these locations.
I really appreciate your input.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Looking at some properties in Florida today.
1 duplex in Punta Gorda.
1 Canal house in Naples.
2 Canal houses in Bonita Springs.
This should be a great little trip.
God I love investing in real estate 🏖️😎

Find where you love to live and make it happen because life’s too short.
